Published in April 2024, the whitepaper “Garantire la sicurezza dei propri dipendenti all’estero. Come attestare la conformità delle organizzazioni italiane” was created by the International SOS Foundation in collaboration with the international law firm Gianni & Origoni and the certification organisation RINA.
The paper focuses on recent advancements in the Travel Risk Management sector and investigates the implications of these changes on Italian companies and their obligations in fulfilling Duty of Care. The paper aims to help organisations build an effective travel risk management programme and understand what is required to comply with Italian regulations and ISO 31030 guidelines.
