The Dow Chemical Company, winner of International SOS Foundation’s 2016 Duty of Care Award in the category Resilient Care, faced many challenges when relocating 1,500 staff and family members to Saudi Arabia.
It developed an extensive range of services to ensure the health and wellness of all employees and family members before and during the relocation. The established programme continues for current relocated staff and family members.
