When Japanese companies send their employees to abroad, it may expose more risks than working in Japan.
This paper advocates these points;
- Prepare appropriately to minimise various risks.
- Organise the system to be able to respond appropriately, in case some problems actually occur despite of the preparation.
- If problems occur actually, it is the employer's responsibility to ensure that the system described in 2 would be operated appropriately and promptly.
